Peninsula Farms in Linstead, Clarendon is home to our second company owned broiler farm, and also home to the CB Chicken Field Office which serves as the central command for all live poultry production operations. It oversees the day-to-day management of both our company-owned farms and our network of Contract Growers across the island.
PRODUCTS:

Hill Run Farms, located at The Nest, St. Catherine, is our first company-owned farm. There, we produce a fraction of our total broiler output. Hill Run Farms has long been our research and development facility, allowing us to test feed formulations and performance, and adjust our processes for best results.

Our layer operations and packaging facility are located in the cool hills of Bamboo, St. Ann. There, we use rainwater harvesting to support more sustainable table egg production—bringing you fresher eggs with a lighter footprint. We indirectly service the table egg market through CB Foods with Chippenham Eggs and Smart Eggs.
